This is a one spacious bedroom, and large bathroom loft conversion and extension.
The client was a developer, so demanded speed, high quality and value for money.
We built the downstairs extension to give a dining area and to greatly increase the size of the kitchen.
We also finished the job by creating this decking space with inset spotlights so you can stay up late enjoying your garden.

This shows the dining area of the extension. Here we fitted bi folding doors and made sure the decking was the same level as the dining room floor.

This means that in the summer the doors can be opened out and it feels as though the floor space continues straight outside.
